The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 306 An                        
Act relating to the authority to claim a child who is the subject of           
a child support order as a dependent for purposes of a federal                 
income tax exemption; relating to certification of child support               
arrears; amending Rule 90.3, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure and               
recommended the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute
